COVID-19 Update

At Eganridge, there is nothing that holds greater importance to us than the health, safety and wellbeing of our families, customers and employees. As the current situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) continuously evolves, we want to communicate to all of the precautionary measures Eganridge is taking tobest ensure we remain a safe and healthy Resort.

Mask Use & General Etiquette

All customers and staff who enter the Eganridge Main Building will be required to wear a mask at all times, or be denied entry. Staff are required to wear a mask
over the mouth and nose at all times when in the building. Restaurant Servers and Spa Staff must wear eye protection as well when serving clients.

For guests, this includes:

  • When checking-in or out of the hotel. Your mask may be removed once you enter your room.
  • When entering the building for the Dining Room or Event Space. Your mask may only beremoved when seated and must be put back on before you stand up.
  • When checking-in for golf.
  • When entering the building for the purpose of using the washroom (either as agolfer, or a patron on the patio).
  • For the entire duration of your visit to the spa, including during services.

All individuals must maintain social distancing from anyone not in their household.

For Customers, If you are feeling unwell or display any unexplained symptoms of COVID-19, please give us a call and delay your visit.

For Employees, please do not come into work and work with your manager to get somebody to cover you.

Screening and Contact Tracing of Employees and Customers

All Employees and Workers at the Resort are required to complete the employee health screening questionnaire upon entering the building. Should an employee not pass the health screening, they are immediately sent home.

The following customers are required to complete a health screening and contact tracing form prior to entering the Dining Room, Patio, or Spa.

  • Guests who wish to Dine with us in the Dining Room, or on the Patio when it opens.
  • Guests who may be attending an Event held in one of our meeting / event spaces.
  • Guests who wish to make use of the Spa.

Modifications to Services

General Cleaning

  • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times per day.
  • Hotel rooms are thoroughly disinfected between guests.

The Hotel

  • Our normal reservation policies (as stated in your confirmation email) remain in effect.
  • For stays of 3 or less nights, housekeepers will not enter your room to provide any cleaning or services after you have checked in.
  • For stays of 4 nights or more, the front desk will coordinate with you a time for the housekeeper to provide “make-up room” service once during your stay. For stays of 9 nights or more, this will occur twice.

Dining Room

  • All Guests Must Complete a Screening & Contact Tracing Form Upon Entering
  • The dining room will be open on the following schedule:
  • Thursdays: Open 12:00pm, Last Seating 7:30pm
  • Fridays: Open 12:00pm, Last Seating 8:00pm
  • Saturdays: Open 9:00am, Last Seating 8:00pm
  • Sundays: Open 9:00am, Last Seating 7:30pm
  • On all days, alcohol may not be served after 9:00pm, and all guests must be vacated from the restaurant space by 10:00pm
  • All tables are spread out by at least 6 feet.
  • Advance reservations are required, and the maximum table size is 6 guests.
  • Take-out Remains available during these hours.

Event Spaces

  • All Guests Must Complete a Screening & Contact Tracing Form Upon Entering
  • Alcohol may not be served after 9:00pm, and all guests must be vacated from the restaurant space by 10:00pm.
  • All tables are spread out by at least 6 feet.
  • Advance reservations are required, and the maximum table size is 6 guests.

Spa

In the interest of limiting close contact between staff and guess, we have made the decision to keep the Spa closed at this time.

Pub & Patio

The Pub & Patio are closed as they normally are this time of year.

Pool

The Pool is closed as it normally is this time of year.
