COVID-19 Update

To our valued customers,

At Eganridge, there is nothing that holds greater importance to us than the health, safety and wellbeing of our families, customers and employees. As the current situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we want to communicate to all of the precautionary measures Eganridge is taking to best ensure we remain a safe and healthy Resort.

  • We are monitoring and following the guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and
  • We have enhanced our existing hygiene and healthpractices, including more frequent cleaning of all areas.
  • Employees have been told to practice social distancing, increase hand washing and to stay home if they feel ill.

Impacts to Services at This Time

Restaurant / Dining Room / Pub

The Province of Ontario has declared a state of Emergency with respect to COVID-19; and as a result we have closed our restaurant & pub until further notice. As a result of this, no food service will be available during this time.

The complimentary continental breakfast has been suspended until further notice.


The golf course is open 7 days a week beginning on Saturday May 16th. There are several new rules and procedures in place to promote health, safety, and social distancing.

Hotel / Front Desk

The hotel does remain open. The front desk will be operating on limited staffing levels, so if we do not answer the phone, please do leave a message and it will be returned as soon as possible. Front desk hours are 9:00am to 9:00pm.

New & Existing Reservations With a Check-In Before June 2nd, 2020

During this time, we have made temporary changes to our cancellation and change policy.

If you have a reservation checking in before June 2nd, 2020, you may postpone your reservation without any fees or penalties to any available date before December 30th, 2020. Changes may be made up until 72 hours prior to arrival. If you’d like to do so, please call us at 705-738-5111 or email us at info@eganridge.com.

If you have a prepaid reservation or reservation with a deposit, you may also postpone your reservation without any fee or penalty, using the amount paid as a deposit towards the new date. A new date must be selected at the time of postponement, and must be before December 30th, 2020.

If you would like to completely cancel your reservation, the $25 plus HST administration fee will apply and be charged to your card on file. If you have a reservation which required a deposit, or prepaid reservation, the deposit paid will be forfeited. You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Within 72 hours

Reservations Checking in June 2nd and Beyond

There are currently no changes to reservations for June 2nd and beyond at this time.

Hotel / Housekeeping

Make-up room service will not be offered during your stay. Rooms will be fully cleaned and sanitized between guests.


In an effort to promote social distancing, and the health and safety of both our customers and employees we have also made the decision to that the Spa & Pool will be closed until further notice.
