Salmon Wellington

Atlantic salmon filet with herbed cream cheese and spinach enveloped with puff pastry perched atop coconut lemongrass rice and butter-roasted french beans.


Zavoli with Spinach and Ricotta

A twist on ravioli made with zucchini filled with a classic magro, pesto, topped, with marinara and cheese and baked

Layers of puff pastry with vanilla bean cream, raspberry reduction topped with icing
