Born and raised in the French part of Switzerland, he graduated at the top of his class after three years in a culinary program in his homeland. His desire to learn more of his profession sent him to the Swiss Alps (Hotel Mistral), Bora Bora Tahiti
(Bora Bora Lagoon Resort), the Muskokas (Sherwood Inn) and finally the beautiful
Kawarthas.
Executive Chef since 1997 at the Eganridge Inn, Country Club and Spa, he continues to create seasonal menus with what nature has to offer. Chef Moghini's style is a reflection of traditional French cuisine spiced with exotic influences. |
