2008 Spring Lunch Menu

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Eganridge Inn and Country Club. Our Spring menu was created by executive chef Steve Moghini, his pastry chef Hana, and his culinary team. Together they proudly use fresh organic vegetables and herbs, dairy products, honey and sweets supplied by local Kawartha businesses. Bon Appetit!

Beef Tenderloin Tips & Fettuccine
Sautéed tips of beef tenderloin in a ragout of wild mushrooms over
fettuccine pasta, with shaved Parmesan and flat parsley $14.50


Indian Black Tiger Shrimp Stir Fry
With golden pineapple and cashew nuts, in an Indian curry and coconut glaze,
served over steamed basmati rice $14.50


Daily Omelette
Our Chef’s signature masterpiece served with a bouquet of baby organic
greens and a seasonal fruit garnish $9.50


Thai Chicken Salad
Sautéed strips of chicken marinated in a sesame peanut sauce,
served on a bed of spicy vermicelli noodles and organic greens,
finished with toasted sunflower seeds $11.95

Oven Baked Chicken Fajita
Tender strips of grilled chicken breast, our own oven roasted sweet bell pepper and red onion salsa, mozzarella cheese, spiced with mild guacamole, oven baked in a tomato basil tortilla wrap, presented with a bouquet of organic greens $10.95
