At Eganridge, there is nothing that holds greater importance to us than the health, safety and well being of our families, customers and employees. As the current situation regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) continuously evolves, we want to communicate to all of the precautionary measures Eganridge is taking to best ensure we remain a safe and healthy Resort.

Mask Use & General Etiquette

All customers and staff who enter the Eganridge Main Building will be required to wear a mask at all times, or be denied entry. Staff are required to wear a mask
over the mouth and nose at all times when in the building.

For guests, this includes:

  • When checking-in or out of the hotel. Your mask may be removed once you enter your room.
  • When entering the building for the Dining Room or Event Space. Your mask may only be removed when seated and must be put back on before you stand up.
  • When checking-in for golf.
  • When entering the building for the purpose of using the washroom (either as a golfer, or a patron on the patio).

All individuals must maintain social distancing with individuals not in same household.

For Customers, If you are feeling unwell or display any unexplained symptoms of COVID-19, please give us a call and delay your visit.

For Employees, please do not come into work and work with your manager to get somebody to cover you.

Screening and Contact Tracing of Employees

All Employees and Workers at the Resort are required to complete the employee health screening questionnaire upon entering the building. Should an employee not pass the health screening, they are immediately sent home.

Modifications to Services

General Cleaning

  • All high-touch surfaces are disinfected multiple times per day.
  • Hotel rooms are thoroughly disinfected between guests.

The Hotel

  • Our normal reservation policies (as stated in your confirmation email) remain in effect.
  • For stays of 3 or less nights, housekeepers will not enter your room to provide any cleaning or services after you have checked in. If you require any housekeeping items or services please contact the front desk.
  • For stays of 4 nights or more, the front desk will coordinate with you a time for the housekeeper to provide “make-up room” service once during your stay. For stays of 9 nights or more, this will occur twice.


  • The Dining Room is Presently Closed
  • Stables Sports Bar & Patio Will Be Open With A Bonfire Roaring From 11am to 7pm on Saturdays Only.
  • Take-Out is Available 7 Days a Week from 11am to 8pm
  • Room Service Is Available To Terrace Rooms From 11am to 8pm, 7 days a week, plus breakfast on Saturdays & Sundays from 9am to 11am.


The spa is independently owned and operated by Cosmopolitan Salon & Spa. Please refer to their website for the latest Covid-19 updates.


The outdoor seasonal pool is presently closed.
