Because of our small size and our policy of not overbooking our rooms, cancellations affect us significantly.
Date changes made with at least 7 days notice (before arrival) are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations made prior to 7 days in advance of arrival are subject to the the deposit amount being forfeited. Within 7 days of arrival, reservations are firm and cancellations or changes are subject to the full accommodation being charged.
Reservations made under group or discounted rates are completely non-cancelled, and are subject to the full accommodation being charged.
Should you expect to arrive after 6:00pm, we would appreciate advance notice so that we can ensure your accommodation is held for you.
Check-In: 4:00pm (please note check-ins cannot always be guaranteed at this time, especially on days with a high number of guests checking in)
Check-Out: 11:00am
Cooking / BBQs: Eganridge does not permit the use of BBQs or other cooking devices within our Terrace Rooms, Dunsford House Suites, or Cottages; as they pose a fire hazard, create potential for damage, and are a potential nuisance to other guests.
Non-Smoking: Eganridge is a non-smoking property.
Children: Childrens Rates are the same as an adult when occupying an adult space.
Pets: Dogs are welcome in selected cottages and Lower Floor Terrace Rooms at a rate of $25.00 per dog, per visit when Eganridge is informed at the time of booking. A fee of $75 per dog applies when discovered after check-in. Cats and other animals are strictly prohibited and a minimum fee of $250 applies if other animals are brought in.
Pool: We have an outdoor/seasonal 4 ft deep cold water plunge/dipping pool.
Errors & Omissions: Eganridge may occasionally make errors, omissions, or mistakes in availability or pricing. As private property, Eganridge reserves the right to refuse service for any reason so long as that reason is not directed towards a protected class of persons. Furthermore, Eganridge reserves the right to cancel any confirmed reservation, for any reason by returning your deposit. Eganridge will not be liable for any additional costs borne by a reservation holder in the event of a cancellation under these circumstances so long as the cancellation is made within a reasonable timeframe.
